Everyone who works at Edible lives as locally as possible and when they can, they walk or cycle to work. Our new premise adheres to as many environmentally friendly waste disposal systems as possible; from our Grease Guzzler, kitchen air circulation unit, bottle and paper recycling, to our automatic lighting system.

We aim to minimise food waste and to prepare, cook and store food in the most effective ways to reduce the size of our carbon footprint whilst maintaining quality and freshness as well as deliciousness.
